We also record the page from which the form was submitted and the time of submission. If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage information as described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, schedule consultations and demonstrations, send requested resources and maintain a record of our communication with your institution. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Legal basis and consent
We process personal data on the basis of the consent you provide when submitting a form, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Enquiry information is accessible only to authorised personnel of Bharat Online Education and Bharat Online who need it to respond, and to service providers who host our systems under confidentiality obligations. We disclose information to authorities only where required by law.

Institutional data in HEIM
This policy covers information submitted through this website. Data processed within HEIM deployments for institutions is governed by the agreements between Bharat Online and each institution.
